All Selfzilla products are instant digital downloads. Because files are delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You contact us within 7 days of your purchase date
  • The file was not downloaded more than once
  • You provide a brief reason for your request

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Eligible Reasons

  • File was corrupted, missing, or could not be delivered
  • Product was significantly different from its description
  • A duplicate charge occurred on your account

Not Eligible

  • Change of mind after downloading
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
